Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchases from WoollyWear (the “Seller”). By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

1. Seller

Trading name: WoollyWear. Registered address, company / sole-trader number and VAT number are listed on our Contact page. Contact email: hello@woollywear.example (replace with verified address).

2. Orders & contract formation

An order placed through our site is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. Prices and availability may change before that confirmation.

3. Prices, VAT & payment

Prices include applicable VAT calculated at checkout based on your shipping country. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

4. Production & shipping

Items are made to order by our print partner and shipped from EU production facilities. See Shipping for current timelines.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Consumers in the EU have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract under Directive 2011/83/EU. See Refunds & returns for the procedure and exceptions for personalised items.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.

8. Dispute resolution

You may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
