How it works

Every WoollyWear item is made to order by our print partner. That means a short production window before the item is shipped, but it also means we don't keep stock that ends up wasted.

Production time

2–5 business days from order confirmation.

Delivery times after dispatch

• Bulgaria & Balkans: 3–6 business days
• Rest of EU: 4–8 business days
• UK & Switzerland: 5–10 business days
• Rest of world: 7–20 business days

Costs

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and item weight. VAT is included where applicable.

Tracking

Once your package is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number by email and can also see it under My orders.

Customs & duties

For destinations outside the EU you may be liable for import duties or local taxes on arrival. These are not included in the price you pay us.
