14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at the address on our Contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return.

How to return

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
2. Ship the item back unworn, with original tags, within 14 days of telling us.
3. We refund the price (and standard outbound shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or has a print defect, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will reprint or refund free of charge.

Personalised items

Items made to your custom specification (custom text, custom artwork) are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU law unless they are defective.

Sizing issues

Each product page lists detailed measurements. If you ordered the wrong size you can return the unworn item within 14 days; size-exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
